The Time Tracker Kiosk app offers a modern alternative to traditional punch clocks, eliminating the need for costly hardware. This cloud-based application requires only an internet connection and can be downloaded on any device.
With the Time Clock Kiosk, employees can easily clock in and out of their shifts using a unique 4-digit PIN code. The integration of facial detection technology captures a photo of each employee at the time of clocking in, significantly reducing instances of ‘buddy punching’.
Designed to simplify payroll processes, Time Tracker enables teams to log time from various locations, whether in the office or on the go. By automating time tracking, businesses can eliminate cumbersome paper timesheets and spreadsheets, potentially saving over 10 hours each month in administrative tasks. Managers can review and approve time entries from a centralized dashboard, with approved entries seamlessly syncing with payroll and accounting software.

Getting Started:
To activate the kiosk feature, log into your account and navigate to Admin > Time Card Settings > Kiosk, then select ‘ACTIVATE’. A unique 4-digit PIN will be generated for your business location, and employees will automatically be added to the Kiosk, receiving email notifications with their individual PINs.
